Location: Remote, based in Texas (This role will focus on Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.
Summary: The Architectural Sales Manager is responsible for the growth of Arbor Wood Co. through both inside and outside sales activities. They will act as the primary point of contact for our customers (architects, designers, builders, contractors, and distributors), providing architectural and technical support to increase specification and distribution of Arbor Wood Co. products nationwide. They will be an expert on our industry, customers, and competition in order to provide industry insights to help grow the Arbor Wood Co. product line.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales through the growth of existing accounts and new business by identifying, engaging and converting new customers (architects, designers, builders, contractors, distributors, etc.)
Support and convert leads from inbound marketing activities including website contact forms and industry software platforms (BIMObject, AEC Daily, Acelab, etc.)
Provide ongoing architectural and technical support to customers in order to increase product specification, sales, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
Provide timely and accurate quotes and proposals for new business opportunities as needed.
Attend trade shows and industry conferences as a representative of the Arbor Wood brand.
Create, manage, market and present CEU presentation to all interested parties in order to drive interest and sales.
Develop, manage and communicate national pricing strategy for product lineup among customers and distributors.
Assist with sales projections to determine appropriate product production and inventory levels.
Facilitate product standards testing and partner with COO to develop new products as necessary.
Support marketing staff by providing key insights into customers and competitors within the industry.
Regular travel throughout the US to nurture existing relationships and develop new opportunities with prospective customers.
Travel Requirement: Up to 30% of the job.

Job Description: We are looking for a versatile individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Associate. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of both our Sales and Financial offices while actively participating in inside sales activities. The successful candidate will be a self- starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries and provide product information.
Qualify, support, and assign incoming leads to distributor and dealer partners based on location and project needs.
Generate and process price quotes and sales orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships and address their needs promptly.
Prepare sales reports and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, answering questions, and resolving issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely responses.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and sample requests.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Perform entry level Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
functions.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Financial acumen is a plus.
Knowledge of wood manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any field, required.
