Arbor Wood Co. Appoints Tim Schultz as Vice President of Sales to Lead National Growth Strategy

ST. JOE, IN — October 9, 2026 — Arbor Wood Co., the leading domestic producer of thermally modified wood products, is pleased to announce Tim Schultz as Vice President of Sales. Schultz brings a proven track record of building sales organizations and driving growth in the building materials industry, with experience helping early-stage and growing companies expand their market presence.  Schultz will lead Arbor Wood Co.’s national sales strategy as the company expands its domestic manufacturing, sales organization, and presence in North America.

Schultz will be based in Oceanside, California, and will oversee Arbor Wood Co.’s sales strategy and team, strengthen relationships with architects, builders, designers, dealers, distributors, and other industry partners, and help drive continued growth for the company’s expanding portfolio of ThermoWood® products. His location in Southern California will also provide an important presence for Arbor Wood Co. in the Western United States, complementing the company’s growing national network.
